50ft Beneteau, single Volvo Penta D2-75 (repower)
Royal Queensland Yacht Squadron, Manly, Brisbane
Booked in for a saltwater service that turned out to be uneconomical to repair. Repowered with a brand new Volvo Penta D2-75, new engine mounts, fresh raw water hosing, cleaned engine bed and polished fuel tanks. Ready to go back in the water.

50ft Hatteras, twin Detroit 8V92 two-stroke
Horizon Shores Marina
Booked in for a routine saltwater service that uncovered a long list of tired components. Turbos, raw water pumps, thermostats, hoses and a fuel shutoff solenoid all replaced, followed by a major engine overhaul and a flawless sea trial.

Called out for persistent overheating. Full saltwater service, heat exchangers and aftercoolers cleaned and pressure tested, hoses, clamps and a starboard raw water pump replacement had her running cool and clean again.

Raby Bay Marina
Booked in for a routine saltwater service that quickly turned into a full raw water side rebuild. Corroded housings and an aftercooler core replaced. Everything else sandblasted, treated for rust, and repainted before a clean sea trial.
